Elevate your garlic bread game with this cheesy, garlicky, and oh-so-satisfying recipe.

There's nothing quite like a warm, gooey loaf of garlic bread to complement a glass of wine. This pull-apart garlic bread, made with King Arthur's Baking Company's Mix Kit, is the perfect companion for any wine night. I've added a twist by infusing the garlic butter with fresh garlic and stuffing each piece of bread with a blend of mozzarella and cream cheese.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough: Follow the instructions on the King Arthur's Baking Company mix to prepare the dough.

  2. Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and the garlic butter seasoning packet. Microwave, add honey, and mix well.

  3. Assemble the bread and Add the cheese: Roll out the dough. Place a small dollop of cream cheese on each square, then top with mozzarella cheese.

  4. Bake: Follow the baking instructions on the mix, or bake until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  5. More Garlic Butter: Brush more garlic butter once the bread is out of the oven.

Serve immediately and enjoy with your favorite wine!

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, you can add fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme to the garlic butter.

  • If you want a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.

  • To make this dish even more indulgent, serve it with a side of garlic butter, ranch, and/or marinara sauce for dipping.

This pull-apart garlic bread is the perfect way to impress your guests and satisfy your cravings. So, grab a glass of wine and dig in!
